Common questions
How do I buy a plan?
Your organization receives a license key after purchase or trial approval. Enter it on the company registration screen to activate the plan and included modules.
Is there a trial or demo?
Trial and demo licenses are issued by our sales team. Contact support to request access for evaluation.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Module access is tied to your license. Upgrades are applied to your license key without re-registering the company.
How is billing calculated?
Plans are priced per active employee for the license term. Inactive users do not count toward the limit configured on your license.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Published MRP is exclusive of 18% GST. Your invoice will show tax as per Indian regulations.
Is clock in / out a separate module?
No. Attendance punch lives on the home screen and is included from the Pro plan upward. It is not a separately licensed module slug in Settings → Modules.
